Sadly Dame Elizabeth Rosemond Taylor, or better known as Liz Taylor, passed away March 23, 2001 just over 3 weeks after her 79th birthday. After suffering pain and illness for many years Liz Taylor died from congestive heart failure in hospital with her family around her.
The English born American actress from London, Elizabeth Taylor started her illustrious career as a child actor and became a talented and award winning movie star.

Elizabeth the actress and social activist was famous for her glamorous lifestyle and her stunning beauty. As well as her eight marriages to seven men including two of them to Richard Burton. These marriages produced four children (2 boys 2 girls) including one adopted girl.
Her glamor and beauty was always on show as she had great fashion sense. She always looked beautifully dressed when appearing in public. Even when she was very ill at times and restricted to a wheel chair.

Although her death saddens us and she has begun a new role, we can look back at her everlasting beauty from her films and news stories.
Dame Elizabeth Taylor always looked the true movie star and fashion icon since she begun her life and career as a child actress. Her fashion throughout the years will live on in our memories forever.
